On May 30, 2025, Congresswoman Maxine Waters delivered the commencement speech to the graduating class at the Maxine Waters Employment Preparation Center. The Maxine Waters Employment Preparation Center is an accredited school within the Los Angeles Unified School District that offers quality educational programs to a diverse student population.
